At Sajag Mart, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, damaged, or wrong product claims.

Returns requested without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return approval instructions.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are required to pay a fixed return shipping fee of ₹150 for approved returns.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged,
  • defective,
  • or you received the wrong product.

An unboxing video is compulsory for such claims. Once verified, we will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received

A valid unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Refunds are generally processed within 8 to 15 business days after approval. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
