We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may require verification over call before shipment.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation details through email and/or SMS.

Customers can also track their orders directly through our tracking page on the website.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Customer unavailable at delivery location
  • Repeated delivery attempt failures

the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges may apply
  • Refunds, if applicable, may exclude shipping or handling costs

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

However, SajagMart is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Transport strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational issues
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us immediately
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for verification and claim approval

Without an unboxing video, replacement or return requests may not be accepted.
